REGISTRATION FORM

We ask You to make Your registration no later than 31st of August 2010 using the registration form below. Please fill in all the fields in part A and B and also part C if You need private housing.

When submitted the registration form we ask You kindly to pay Your registration fee and/or brunch ticket. Registration fee is 30 EUR and it includes two competitions, lunch package and party. If you participate in all three badminton competitions or both badminton and floorball, registration fee is 40 EUR. The brunch costs 30 EUR. In the euro area the cheapest way to pay is to use the euro payment. Please notice that all the banking fees should be paid by the participant. The registration is valid when Your payment has been received.
